need help on gta iv menu

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: May 20, 2012	hi guys, i'm install gta iv 1.0.7.0 patch and it's crash then I downgrade it to 1.0.4.0 but the menu in pause and option all of them won't show up, what should I do? http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/198/gtaivi.jpg/

Did I balls? Group: Andolini Mafia Family Joined: Apr 18, 2011	You shouldn't have done that, that what happens when you install an old patch over a newer one. You have to reinstall the game.
