I know that that is a problem but you can't just turn off all weapons becuase of a few bad eggs.

No but you can keep them out of freemode. You can have every helicopter and jets that don't have weapons while there would be a advance freemode with everything.

If the vote to kick feature is improved it may not be a problem. It would also be good if there was on an option to join a game with weapons or no weapons.

Vote the kick needs to be more like RDR. They don't know who's kicking them. But the problem is they just need to get rid of any helicopter or jet with weapons. Trust me people are going be noobs and use it. If there are going be tanks then no tanks in freemode too. I don't mind people shooting me with guns but always in the sky shooting me got so annoying. IV is really the only good GTA to play online.

IMO they should but it should have limited ammo. I'm sick of people chasing me down in a chopper in GTA IV for an hour because I ran over them 20 minutes ago.

I say have a limit on that. Maybe have a limit in how many respawn. Make it take 10-20 minutes to respawn another one.

Well why not have options for ammo for aircraft in the preference's. You could choose for them to have no ammo, little ammo or unlimited ammo.

That would be good. But also knowing people they will take a jet and slam it into you.

if i remember correctly... in phone in single player u had an option to configure options on what server to connect... so u should just disable friendly fire... and that game found server with friendly fire off ...
