Hasn't been active in nearly 2 years and Toronto studio has nothing to do with GTA games. Only North and possibly San Diego are working on V.

I think that they do come on here. They DO know about this forum as it was including in the booklet for Vice City (I think it was VC). Also, I think it was said somewhere that they check the fan sites every week to see what the fans are thinking.

Do they have accounts? I don't see why they need one. They will just want to see what fans think.

I just think some of them come here from time to time. You have to read what your fans want and we pretty much say what they are E-mailed everyday. Add animals, gore, more cars and things like that. This time, R* will surely be able to create another epic game that is even better than RDR
