I still believe in a 2012 release even with everything people say around here, I'm 29 and I've been though a few generations of gaming and changes in games industry and I've seen a lot of stuff during the years, after all I waited almost 15 years for the release of a game that I first heard of in 1996 and that I thought would never see the day light.

So anything is possible, and till there is a final word I still have hope on what makes more common sense to me.

I think there is a reason why someone created this thread. I've read it in another forum and not only I think it's nonsense but also because it's some analysis of another "expert". A guy named Mike Hickey, analyst of Janco Partners (Gamasutra) said that he thinks BioShock Infinit will be delayed to 2014 mainly because of GTAV, it's a project so ambitious that both games will be released in 2014. Personally I don't buy this "theory", that's why I didn't even bother to create a thread about this nonsense. If they stick to their first plan I believe the game can come in 2012, if their plan won't be achieved or they already discarded it I believe it might come in 2013 at any time, but no way I believe they could delay it till 2014.

Sorry I thought this thread was new if it was like 2013 I probably wouldn't have posted in it.

I'm an old dog too(40) and I agree with ya. I think R* could drop V in Dec. and not miss a beat. But I also am prepared for october 2013 because it could happen. Right now, it could go either way.

OT:
But yeah, I'd still buy it, but I would prolly hate R* and will never follow them again ever.

I'm being honest(haters hate me) I probably would not buy it; first of all I'd have tons of other games to buy between now and 2014 and I'd grow tired of R*'s stupid way of dealing with GTA V.

I'd probably buy it when it cost 29.99 or after I watch tons of gameplay footage. I'm sure that the game will already look and feel aged for a new game around May 2014 too. 2013, I'd surely buy V, but 2014, ridiculous.

2014 doesn't make any sense at all...late 2013 is the latest potential release date for GTAV! ...early 2013 is MORE than likely...
