Haha, I didn't mention those two.. but I meant to as well ^
I dunno if this is just a map (and maybe interiors) retexture; or a total re-texture of San Andreas (effects/particles, peds, buildings, vehicles, map... etc)

Damn awesome, finally a CJ & clothes re-texture. biggrin.gif (Right?)

It would also be great if you could find some mapper to remove the "blockiness" from the roads and make most parts of SA map more realistic, I hate all those non-realistic hills like in SF...

EDIT: I appreciate how you both handled this situation, everyone makes mistakes in past... smile.gif
(I mean -BLITZ- and dima001rus/Maks_IV)

Frank.s , mip maps will be. But then, since the TXD WORKSHOP for them not to open files, only the T-TXD.

and GTA: SA is an old game, so textures should stay...textures blush.gif

Mipmaps allow better texture-filtering, you can notice it especially when looking at roads far away. And also, I've heard using mipmaps gives slight FPS-boost, am I true?

To be honest; the whole map could do with some smoothing lol

Agree with metho icon14.gif
It could be easy done in 3DS Max with Smoothing Groups or MeshSmooth. And about the mip-maps. Try G-TXD, because it has an option to generate mip-maps smile.gif

Are you going to add mipmaps to your project? If yes, it will be the best texture mod, for real. Textures aren't different than orginals (maybe some of them), textures are just in higher resolution and in better quality. It's a mod, what I was looking for. Waiting for realese icon14.gif

I do like the idea of this mod, keeping the same style of the textures, just remade to be higher quality, and slightly adjusted for each city, making it seem more like a proper HD Pack for the game as opposed to retexture, etc, that SRT3 was (no offence to SRT3 guys, you done a great job, but the style was too much for San Andreas, everything looked more grainy).
