ok so the menace II la link is broken on gta forums i found a site with it
then i edited to make the gloves better
all credit goes out to dreamy619 ok i fixed the fingerless gloves it was easy.
so yes check the skin out.

oh yeah and you do need the original skin in order to do this.
so after you are done replacing him or adding him to your skin.img if you have skin selector
open skin.img up with txd workshop
(newest one) and go down to whatever you named him and go to him
then click on the picture press import and replace with my edited bmp file.
for gta3.img i suggest you replace him with ryder, open up gta3.img go to ryder or whatever you replace him with then just import the bmp

Also dont forget to save on txd workshop.
