I never score well when I come in here asking for graphics help with games and stuff, but I'm going to give this a try.
First off, it isn't for a video game. The only problem is I can't really say much about it since I want to keep it a secret.
I'm not looking for a complicated set of graphic assets or anything. I'm looking for a total of 4 elements that can be layered to replicate something like this:
*The cliff hanger yodeler game from the Price is Right.
I will say this - it will be the first of it's kind activity pulled off here at GTAF.
I am willing to give up the details via PM to anyone who is serious about helping.
