Hi guys, i know you're probably bored to death with these type of questions; to which i really appreciate your time!

As stated above, i'm wanting some new rig and wondering if it's enough to make GTA run smoothly, maxed out?

Rig:

Intel i5 2550k,
Asrock Z77 pro3,
8gig DD3 1600,
HD Radeon 5830 1GB GDDR5.

With a bit of OCing of both CPU/GPU, I think it can be playable at High settings, but not sure about maxed out.

GPU might hold you back on max settings.

High settings. Around 40-55fps. If you want to get batter results try a GTX 670 then you can max game out in 50-70fps.
