do you already have a car with glass/transparent hood.... im not requesting just tell me what mod is it/car brand ill find it my own

Yes, it's possible. Though your modeling program select hood's polygons, then create new material and call him : "for_example [trans]". And load any glass texture (masked texture), and set Opacity 128 for light glass, and 204 for dark glass. It could to work, but hood won't be paintable.
