Hello, i have this problem. I'm almost at the end of GTA IV, but Jimmy Pegorino doesnt call me to trigger the "One last thing" mission. Any help please?

Never mind guys, seems that i havent finished "Diamonds are girls best friend". I just finished it and called Pegorino, he gave me the mission

Yeah there's a lot of points like this in GTA IV. Apparently when the game was new people had trouble advancing because it would glitch up and not get the phone call. Mostly it comes down to waiting or having to complete another mission.

Completed the game. Awesome game i must say, i did both endings
