is it safe to purchase products like childrens foot wear on the internet? My friend told me she order some items and paid for them but the delivery was never made. How can I avoid this happening to me?

Only adult footwear is safe to order over the net, children's footwear is totally out of the question. I tried to order some shoes for my 4 year old nephew and ended up with a box full of engorged ticks, best to buy children's footwear in person.

Well considering this one has to resort to buying his children shoes off of the internet, I'd say he sounds like a bit of a deadbeat. Bot jr. will probably find his dad hanging from the ceiling by a neck-tie at some point in the near future and have to bury him in the back garden because they have no money for a proper funeral. It's a messed up world.
