I have a a intel core i7, using windows 7 64 bit processor with a nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti graphics card.

The game works just fine, but whenever it rains, that little "Cornorareflect" thing is missing from car headlights, traffic lights, taillights, street lights, etc.

the picture above is the effect that i'm missing, its that little relection effect.

I looked into it and very few people have this problem, can someone please help me fix it? Thanks.

I also would like to report that this is happening in San Andreas, too. I posted a pic from vice city/VCS because i couldn't find a good one on san andreas that really shows off the reflections i'm talking about. (I never tested vice city yet, actually. But I'm pretty sure it would probably occur in all the gta3 era games, because they use the same engine)

Never really paid attention to this before-- is it possible that it is an effect added by an HD mod or whatnot??

Seems to be alot of these for VC...

Not mods, they are definently in the base game,

Even GTA3 has it,

What is supposed to happen, whenever it rains, cars headlights and tailights (Sometimes enviromental lights like from street lights, traffic lights, etc) "Reflect" on the road, like in the pictures. They are not "Real" reflections, but just simple colored textures on the ground to give the illusion of the lights reflecting off of the wet road. I have vice city stories and liberty city stories on the PSP and I can definently confirm those effects are there and not mods. Vice City has it, and San Andreas for sure has it (I used to have it on the ps2, the effects are there)

The problem is, on my PC, these reflections do not show up when it rains. (Not sure about the other games, I havn't tried them yet, I'll test it on GTA3 and VC when i get the chance.)

Sopposedly some people have it on PC and have no problems with reflections, Appearently it can be a problem with newer graphics cards or something. Just wondering if anyone can look into it and see if theres a way to fix it.

2:29, look at the headlights

Don't know. Mine definitely does not have it and I don't think it ever has. I can't recall ever having seen it in GTA III either.
