Hey, maybe he didn't realize it, being focused that someone to not steal it for the work he made, yet it's kind of silly even to make a permission here when the audio file is a R*, taking it from here or from somewhere else is actually the same file and seriously what can I change from some audio file other than using some program Vegas, Video Studio and cut it and still is a R* ownership, so this permission thing where is this going I have no idea.

This isn't a big deal, everybody can do it. Is something old and simple.

I'm using R* sign for a R* game only. Since I'm a new modder, I'm gonna make every single contribution I can make to modding. So anything I do let it be very simple or very complicated, it takes some amount of hard work. And I would not appreciate it if some1 would steal my work.

Well if it's a simple thing then it's good that anyone can do it. But being a new modder, I gonna give all sorts of modifications 2 the game I can. Seriously, it doesn't matter to me that the work is small or it's huge.
Modding is modding be it easy like any1 can do it or be it hard like not everyone can do it.

If you're into audio modding, why not try changing engine sounds? For me personally, this sucks and can be labeled as an attention-wh*re mod.
