Would you rather live in the city or the country?

City or Suburbia for me. I like populated area's, because if you don't like your neighbours you can just move, but still stay in the same metro so you can work at the same place, go to the same uni, or school. But you can't really do that in the countryside without moving towns.

Same with me. I prefer staying in City because you could just get what you want soon. If it's a countryside, you've travel to City.
And, people living in countryside area in my countries are so nosy and always quarrel with each other. So, I prefer City.

I should add, that i want to live out of the city in the future but still very near to it so i can easily go to the nearest supermarket or something. In my town it's quite close by to the citys edge.

I live in the suburbs but 25 mins away from the edge of NYC, and 45 mins away from Manhattan Island. So i've experienced pretty much both areas and i would love to experience living in the city when i'm out of college but for raising a family i think the suburbs is a good place. I wanna remain close to a city though so i can go whenever i want.

And i live on Long Island where its one town after another not separated by anything but maybe some woods. I would HATE living upstate with farmland and all that, it's so boring

I live in a small city, Dublin, Ireland. You can access anywhere in the city centre by foot. People are friendly and the island is very green and there's plenty of countryside.

I love visits to the countryside. Love camping in some valleys between mountains but I am a city kid, often visiting cities across Europe. I do like to be beside the sea and I love cities by the sea so you get the nice views and smells of the outdoors.

I would rather live in the city for the pace of life and technology. BUT If there is a zombie apocalypse we know very well if you live in the city you are screwed

The city! I feel uncomfortable in the total silence that comes with countryside nights. However I like going to the countryside and feel nature and fresh air and all that.

Lived 25 years in the Countryside, enjoy holidays to cities but that's about all.

I hate rich towns people that move into the countryside, they should stay in the city. They can't drive for sh*t and think they own the place.

The main thing I enjoy about living in the countryside is that you have privacy, you can go for a piss anywhere, in the city you got to a public toilet or a bar, and then politely ask ... lol.gif
You can also dress however you want, and not make much effort with your appearance, because chances are you won't bump into any nice looking girls, which I guess is the downside of countrylife, the lack of hot girls.

Getting places is a bit annoying and the lack of fast internet too. But I'd rather fresh air and nice scenery, that those inconveniences.
