WELCOME TO GAME 1 OF WIPEOUT - DYOM VERSION









GAMEPLAY







How the game work:


1: You can join the game by posting in this topic.

2: After I have more than 8 players, I will start the game.

3: To play, I'll send the player the download link of the round (mission) by PM.

4: You will have to try to pass the round as fast as possible while recording it.

5: Then you will have to upload the video to Youtube or Mediafire (I'll show you how later) and send me the video by PM.

6: You have 3-4 days to send me the video or you'll be disqualified.

7: After that I'll take a look at your video and post it here after 1 or 2 days as well as the result.

8: So there will be 3 rounds: Round 1, Round 2 and the final one, the Wipeout Zone.

9: Until we have a winner, the next game will start in a week.

10: Any question, feel free to ask.


How to upload video to the internet easy:


You will need these program:

-Fraps ( Link, it's registered )
-Window Movie Maker ( search in on google, but it most of you already have it in your PC )

So check this video to see how to reduce video size from Gbs to Mbs:






1: Every rounds will have some obstacle that you need to pass, and their are checkpoints after it, if you wipeout (fell into the water), you can get to the next checkpoints but you'll get a 10 seconds penalty.

2: You can not use any cheat or you'll be disqualified.

3: You just have to pass the obstacle as fast as possible, like parkour.

4: Don't post the video here, PM me.





After a game has been finished, I'll post the map of that game so everyone can download and play it.

I was planning on making the Survival Game but it take a lot of hard work designing every round so I saved it for later, after Black Ops and Portal 2.

Yes, if you wipeout, you can swim to next one but you'll get a 10 seconds penalty ( doesn't mean you have to wait 10 seconds, just keep going, I'll rate the video later ).

I have one question , once you give us the mission , how long will you give us time to play , record and upload on YT ? Do we have like 3 days to upload it on YT ? Or do we have to wait until all of us done upload it in YT ?
