EA have decided to sue Zynga over The Ville for looking a whole lot like The Sims, as the image in the quote below shows. What y'all think about that?

I'm personally backing EA for this, there's taking elements of other games and then there's downright plagiarism. Its time someone took Zynga down frankly.

I also agree that EA is 100% in the right, even if they are greedy, having someone copy them in just about every detail is unfair, people need to learn a lesson here, and EA is doing just that.

Never thought I would say this, but EA is morally right.
There's nothing wrong with using elements of other games but Zynga have been creating almost perfect copies of successful games for a while now (and sticking a cash shop on them).

You dont see Rockstar trying to say Volition infringed copyright by making a driving game very similar to GTA SA do you? Sure saints row 2 is awesome and it has alot of cool features of its own, but it DID copy rockstar in lots of ways.

But its about time Zynga gets put down. Zynga basically steals games. This is too big looking. The Ville and Sim Social look ALOT alike. Whats next? Cityville 2 which will rob simcity social?

f*cking hell, like many others I don't exactly like EA, however Zynga was f*cking stupid to straight up copy them. I would love to hear what Zynga have to say in court for there defense.

Zynga has never had an original idea, they have been blatantly ripping off of games for years, I doubt this will change anything.
