I only hear audio when the rockstar logos and intro videos should be playing. The game works as it should besides that problem. I can still see the nvidia logo before the intro. I do not have a cracked version of the game. I have the version 2 cd. I did however downgrade to version 1, and have the things to do in San Andreas, and ENB mods.

Downgrading does not make your game a Version 1. It merely removed the programming that blocked the ability to Mod. For save game purposes you still have a V2 game.
Now, to your problem.

The San Andreas Forum is for UN-modded games.
As indicated in the banner.
What we recommend is to get rid of all Mods.
Play the game with a CLEAN install from your DVD.
And, play with the DVD in the Drive.
If you don't have a problem with game play you don't have a problem.
You may then install your mods ONE at a time playing the game to be sure it still works.
Then, you may install the next mod. Repeat.
When you get to the mod that screws the game don't use it OR go to the Modding Forums for help. Be careful to post in the correct Modding forum/topic, as they can get persnickety about that.

Were you able to see the videos before? If yes, then it's probably due to the mods that you have installed.

If not, then it might be a video codec related issue. Check if you can play the title videos in Windows Media Player. Go to "Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\movies\" and try to play the two video files in there.

The problem has nothing to do with the mods. I performed a clean install, and it is still doing the problem. The problem has something to do with my settings file. When I started the game for the first time, all intro/logos were there. After I configured my settings, I quit the game, then relaunched, and the intro/logos were not there, only audio. The intro/logos only play with the default settings.

If you have Vista OS then when you uninstall you also have Hidden Files to remove:
QUOTE (girishb @ Posted Dec 15, 2008 15:42)

If you're on Vista, you'll need to do this:
1) Uninstall SA.
2) Delete the installation folder if it still exists. (e.g. C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas).
3) Delete the Virtual Store copy of the installation folder too. The Appdata folder might be hidden. (e.g. C:\Users\???\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas).
4) Delete the gta_sa.set file from your user files folder.
5) Reboot.
6) Reinstall SA.

To Unhide Folders:
START > User > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Folder Options> Show Hidden files and Folders.

The only folder in VirtualStore is the Windows folder. I'm on Windows 7 if that makes a difference.

It could have to do with ENB's dll injection, just try removing it temporarily and report back.

I'm currently not playing with any mods, and the problem still continues.

So you have Win 7.
You are playing a clean install with the DVD in the Drive?
You currently have nothing installed to mod the game (including removal of the downgrade)?
Your Game DVD is an Original V2 (not a pirate copy)?
So what is your:
Video/Graphics card type + graphics memory

Okay then I'm going to ask one thing did you make any changes to audio/video codecs lately? Like installing/uninstalling? But do the things above too.

Problem solved. I simply had to turn off anti aliasing. Now I can see the intro/logos.
