A couple of days ago GTA SA was mysteriously pulled from the Xbox LIVE marketplace. Is this why there has been a lack of info - bad terms meaning that the definite release date is even unbeknownst to R* themselves due to Microsoft?

It was pulled from xbox live marketplace for 1 of 2 reasons:

1. To be fair with playstation owners, who dont have this on there network. (GTA 3 was supposed to come to PS3 last week but was cancelled, and when it got cancelled, this was pulled from XBL)

2. An HD Collection might be getting made. Which is why it was pulled and GTA 3 ps3 got cancelled.



Btw, how the he** is microsoft keeping rockstar from releasing any info? Rockstar is not owned by Microsoft.

It could be an implication of the speculated bad terms. There may not be a release until the terms are mutually settled, that is of course presuming that they are actually on bad terms. I don't mean that Microsoft are like "Hey you can't release this game on this date" like everyone else seems to think.

And lol at thinking that it was pulled because it's unfair to PS3 owners.

GRAND THEFT AUTO 3 wasn't cancelled. A song was in it that was causing them issues so it got delayed because of this song.

I really, really hope an HD collection is being made on physical discs. I was never going to buy the digital versions, but if it's actually the disc with the games, I'll buy right away. Hopefully that's what they are considering doing.

But I don't see why Microsoft would pull something down because it's not on PS3. If anything they would promote it the most since it's not on PS3 lol

Xbox360 is the worst console ever. I'm not a ps3 fan but xbox is really sh*t like all microsoft products. However there are so many donkeys in the world that bought it so R* can't allow having bad relations with Microsoft, cuz they will lost so much money. A HD collection would be great, especially if they added multiplayer, (maybe gta3 wouldn't need it as we have IV multiplayer.)

I can't see it though, they have said a few times they have no plans to make one.

A HD collection??? Why would Rockstar waste there time making GTA III into HD?? I think they were going make a port from the xbox to the PS3. Xbox game looked better so it would of been better for them to port it from there.

I own both systems and I kinda agree with him. I think M$ doesn't really care about there product. ( They rushed the 360 ). The only thing that keeps xbox alive is Halo and COD. When they both die then there really won't be a reason to own one.
