GTA EFLC graphics bug

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Apr 4, 2012	First when I got the game I had windows XP and it worked fine ,then I got windows 8 which is the best because it uses less resources than windows 7 anyway I post some pictures of my problem. I updated my video drivers ,restarted computer but nothing. This hapened to me on windows 7 as well and not only on gta eflc but on every other game I played on windows 7 & windows 8. Here is the link photo Anyone please help me to solve this problem!

The Saint Group: The Connection Joined: Feb 28, 2008	While in game press ALT+TAB to go to desktop then get back into game and see if the problem is fixed.
