Just finished Vice City and started to play III.I've some questions :

1.Why it's called Liberty City?Isn't Liberty city another version of GTA?
2.Is it better than Vice city?
3.I've watched some footages,videos of III before playing.In that videos the game's graphics quality is good and clean,but in my pc it's not so good.But my PC's system configuration is very very higher than the requirements of the game.

1.Its called as GTA III only not GTA Liberty City. But the game city is LC.
2. This varies from person to person on their tastes. To me both are equal.
3. If your PC have a good video car then go to the display settings and set it to the highest resolution and then your game will look good.

1. Liberty City is name of the city in GTA III and other GTA games. There is also another game called GTA Liberty City Stories which is a prequel to GTA III.

2. It depends on the player. Some people prefer one or the other, I personally prefer III because it is more modern and somewhat more realistic (shooting limbs off peds, considerably more ambient noise making the city feel more alive etc). GTA III doesn't have any helicopters or bikes, it has less boats and only one plane. There are less side missions too but it's still a great game. It has a great storyline and in my opinion it is very close in terms of quality to Vice City.

3. Make sure you set a high ingame resolution from the options, the one that is the maximum supported by your monitor with a 32 bpp (bit depth). The videos you watched might have been containing modifications to the game or it might have been the Xbox version which is superior in terms of graphics compared to the PC version.

GTA 1: Liberty City = Area of city
GTA 3: Liberty City = City
GTA 4: Liberty City = State

GTA 5: Liberty City = Country???

Oh gee...

1. Its called LIBERTY CITY cause its still the same city, but in a different canon.
2. Its your opinion. Personally, i think so.
3. . You may of seen videos for the Xbox version, which has the best graphics for GTA 3 so far. The graphics are not bad for what you may of seen, you just think so because you originally seen gameplay for the xbox edition.
