Being able to corner shoot,rush,and lag shoot are a few tips i suppose; but why make a big deal out of them? Unless your god awful at the game you really should spend less time trying to get better and do something more constructive with your time like making pancakes or digging holes in the ground. Some people are good at video games, some are not.

in a game like gta. Just because you can't use alot of things they teach in real basic like reaction to contact (when engaged by the enemy you
drop into the prone position, find cover, and size up the situation while returning suppression fire). Their is just so many skills taught by the real
military that in gta you have to modify them to the point where its really not real military tactics any more, their your own tactics. The only time I see
it as being legit military training is when you take it straight from the US Army Training Books and from experience of active duty.

And its cool but if your going to argue about FORSCOM and TSA then please either take it to their topic or yours.

A true military simulation team is a lot to run I find compare to a normal gang, that is if you want it to be like the real deal. But every gang has something
different to offer, that what makes gta fun right?

Eh the whole SEAL Team I found was a little over rated and I made it to the point where it didn't seam like a military style gang in my mind.
Plus its the Navy and well.... Army beat Navy!

US CAV would be great for BF3 though. Plenty of chopper rampage in that game.

They are elite soldiers but every one has their role in war. I personally know more about the army and just the general training compare to special warfare.
Easier to create a training book and just a game plan on how were going to operate because I don't just want to do the normal gang stuff with the team death matches
but also military simulations, something you don't see much in grand theft auto.

Eh, if you want spot on tactics & simulation, I would recommend ArmA. Amazing game, although my gaming PC took a sh*t on me not long ago, I'm currently in the process of rebuilding a PC, then I can get back into the ArmA scene among other games.

GTA IV is pretty much dead anymore man.. too many modders & 9yr olds. I play with acouple friends and we always get froze, or they set us on fire. So I'm done with GTA unless it's a hosted Roleplay or some sort.

Well I mainly creating this for the release of gta v but I played arma and I was in a milsim team but my computer said it had enough so now I can't play it anymore.
It is a perfect game for simulation but I just wanted to make a different type of gang or grand theft auto. Something a but new and fun.

[United States Cavalry]

Hello GTA Forums Community! I would to first start off by saying thank to everyone who helped out in some way during the process of creating this team
and from any good lucks we have gotten this week. United States Cavalry are now fully operational! Also to answer recent questions and concerns;
United States Cavalry is a military simulation team, this mean we teach REAL military skills that is taught during basic combat training in the United
States Army. No we do not roleplay in multiplayer but we do conduct military simulations in private games. The skills that are taught are also implicated
in multilayer challenges and skills for TDM will also be taught. This is meant to be a whole different type of gang on the forums, everything we do here is based
around the United States Army, doing everything by there books.
