Part of it, on Carcer Island. It'll be redone though, new architecture, ships, building locations, etc.

Actually, i don't think we need to use portland, it makes it seems to make it seem unoriginal. We might recycle some of the individual buildings and give them a quality improvement so that they fit in with the map's overall quality.

Audacity. It's free and easy to use!

Personally I don't like Audacity because it doesn't give me enough control over the tracks, it doesn't have EQ's or good compressors, room simulation or other stuff. But for a free program , it's pretty good, better than any other free programs out there.

What I think is, isn't better instead of making an island based on portland making the original OUW map central island, but in smaller scale (and maybe with some changes, but keeping overall its original shape)?

like take the very first plan and "squish" it? That could work. Either that or I could make a smaller version of pittsburgh's central island, like what IV did with algonquin. Im open to ideas though

then it should be no problem, I've been using it to mix nightcore for the past few months! I havent tried using it to record voices, but hopefully it'll come in handy when I go to MC the dnb station...
