Screen problem after install Patch 7

why did i moved here? Group: Members Joined: Jul 30, 2012	i just recently occur another problem which is after i reinstall the patch 1.0.7.0 (patch 7) here are the pic i've taken in the game. you will see there is a screen noise effect thing appeared when i started the game, but when i switch to patch 4 (1.0.4.0) the problem is disappear. i really don't understand why this is happend, please help me with this problem. - and also post some topics or link than can make the transparent graphic effects in the game looks like normal and not that transparent noise thing. (if you found one)
