Gta Vicefiërras

gta vicefiërras is a modification for gta san andreas, which will delete Los Santos and the country side above it and will add Vice City:

This is my idea: (not sure yet but i think something like this)
-It will have Vice City Storyline.
-All Vice City houses and properties with maybe two extra buyable house: appartment 3c and the bayshore avenue from vcs and of course some buyable stuff in san fiërro and las venturas.
-some vice city sounds
-some vice city weapons and cars and peds
-shops, food and ammunation
-los santos gangs will be replaced with vice city gangs and the other not los santos gangs will stay
-other san andreas features

but i need some help:
i need a mapper someone who will delete los santos and add vice city
a scripter/coder for deleting los santos scripts and adding scripts and missions in vice city
and i need some vice city anims if someone can convert them for me
off course i will help too with the mod

Looks like you can't mod at all and you're trying to start a Total Conversion?
