CLEO 4 Installation problem

Rat Group: Members Joined: Aug 27, 2009	Hello everyone,I'm having trouble with installing CLEO 4 on my computer...I'm pretty sure that it has to do with my operating system,It is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit... I tried running as Admin,and change the compatibility mode...but nothing... The main problem in the setup is that it gives me errors about writing for files... Can somebody help me?

Rat Group: Members Joined: Aug 27, 2009	Problem with the CLEO solved,Now I'm having an other problem. Whenever I try to install mods on VC via a setup,It finishes it quick but it actually didn't add/replaced anything... I've tried playing with the compatibility modes Anyone?
