Are you playing with the DVD in the Drive?

Don't use SAMI. It's such a crap programm because it will install mods wrong and then the games just keeps crashing. Install mods manually.

Sami is a bad idea. Its pointless when installing mods are beyond easy anyway. just download img manager.

Of course you can. It's the same work as installing single vehicles
It's even easier with IMG Manager and the Bulk Replace Function. It automatically replaces all files in gta3.img and then you only have to open the vehicles.ide, carcols.dat and handling.cfg with notepad and copy/paste the value lines of the mod.
