Moments where you scream at any Grand Theft Auto game in rage. Mine would have to be this:

Whats your GTA rage moments?

Playing the Paramedic mission in GTA III, getting dragged out of the Ambulance by some Diablos = mission failure.
Playing the Distribution mission in GTA Vice City, getting dragged out of the ice cream van by the Haitians = mission failure.
Pretty much any time I see a bunch of Haitians on the street. I want to run them over for all the trouble they've caused me in the past.

The biggest rage moment for me was when i was almost completed firefighter side mission in VC and suddenly i get dragged out by a haitian gang member. Annoying as hell!

On GTA IV playing "Wrong is Right" for U.L. Paper where you have to chase that guy in Hove Beach to Algonquin. Cars were everywhere and it was simply one of those days where I don't drive so great at different speeds one by one.
I yelled "Get out of the WAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY!!"

In San Andreas, the piloting mission in Las Venturas desert airstrip.

GTA VC= The mission you blow up the factory
GTA SA= The mission you chase the train with smoke
GTA LCS= The final mission
GTA VCS= the final mission and the one you need to put the fire out of the factory
GTA IV= The final few missions


Also in the older titles when your needing to deliver a car, and it gets flipped over.

VCS is hard on the PSP. For two days straight I was trying to do the mission where 20 girls start shooting at you with machine guns. It's hard because you can't switch between targets. I kept dying, but I eventually got it.

III: Espresso 2 Go, Cutting the Grass, Paramedic, Gripped!; "gunning" the Shoreside Vale bridge, missing, and dying, driving through Portland at any time after making it to Staunton, accidentally hitting one of the Shoreside gang members.

VC: G-Spotlight (on motorcycle), Bombs Away!, Dildo Dodo; the Haitians, peds with shotguns (more of a problem in mods), invisible barriers when crouching and shooting, the army outside Fort Baxter, being run over by police.

SA: NOE, Supply Lines (f*ck Zero), Snail Trail (after completing the mission and driving all the way back to Fierro); trying to save in the Badlands in between missions, trying to get golds in every School event, constant gang attacks on Grove turf, stealing a car with SFUR on, hitting the seemingly non-solid trees while flying, trying to take the Bayside gang territory.

LCS: A Volatile Situation, The Shoreside Redemption; almost every radio station (especially Radio del Mundo).

VCS: Papi Don't Screech, Light My Pyre (hardest GTA mission ever?); the Empire system (you have to complete it one sitting to avoid being constantly attacked).

IV: No. 1 (without firetruck method), I Need Your Clothes, Your Boots, and Your Motorcycle/any of the numerous chase missions; the Friends system, police waiting on the edge of radius, running from the police in the Dilettante, riding on a motorcycle and hitting anything.

Any game: being hijacked or killed by peds, missions that swap out your weapons.

I don't see what was so hard about The Driver (AI always craps out eventually- Hilary hits an immovable object), Flying School (gamepad ftw), Wrong Side of the Tracks (keep parallel with the Vago that Smoke is shooting at), or Death Row (mislead and outrun the death squad).

Funnily enough even though most hard missions are rage inducing I find I rage more when I fail an otherwise simple mission due to something stupid.

Like losing a target or killing them by accident, getting a wanted level etc. I remember "Photo Opportunity" being frustrating because failing would mean a long ass trek back to the mission marker and simply because all you were doing was taking photos. One miscalculation on getting photos of their faces would totally f*ck the mission.

I remember once when I failed the mission "Photo Opportunity" in the last bit near Santa Maria Beach. I got so angry that I hit my table with my fist.

Last time was at Liberty City Stories, at paramedic missions.

I was at level 12 already, and there was only one patient left.
When I was getting closer to him, I pressed the handbrake and I slided as if I was driving in snow, guess what? I accidently runned him over and he died; Mission Failed.

I just smiled, and pressed reset at my console.

GTA VCS, the magnet pickup, trying to pick up the Mexican from being killed from the Bikers
GTA IV, First Date, I failed that mission because some idiot bumped into me and picked a fight with me
GTA TLaD, Buyers Market, Because all I had was a Glock and a Sawn off shotgun
GTA TBoGT, Party Over, Friggin Ruskys killing me from behind

I remember the first time I attempted to complete GTA III 100% I had a lot of trouble, I picked up the packages like four times because I kept changing my mind about using cheats. I eventually decided against cheats. I was really angry when I attempted Gripped!, Patriot Playground, Multistorey Mayhem and A Ride In The Park. I still can't complete them in the first try, except maybe Patriot Playground.

I also had problems with the rampages in III, reason why I used cheats in my first attempts. The main story missions weren't that annoying.

I actually started another save for GTA III to get 100% one more time. I attempted to collect the hidden packages on Portland about four times now and I kept dying stupidly. I was too relaxed and I would die in stupid ways. I also failed the Paramedic mission three times for the same reason.


I also completed Vice City 100% and I don't remember having any real problems, probably because I got a lot of practice on GTA III while Vice City is somewhat easier, at least for me.


San Andreas was a bit harder than all the other games I completed. The driving and flying school missions were quite challenging. I also failed a lot on the last mission at the part where Sweet has to jump in the car.
