gta 4 loading screen loop

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 30, 2012	i start the game and get through all the rockstar logos the start screen and then comes the loading screen with all the characters. but it dosent load and it keeps looping and wont let me play. the most recent mod ive installed was ICEancher 1.35 I bought this game off of steam.. Specs Intel® Core™ i5-2430 CPU @ 2.40GHz 64-Bit 6.00 GB
