I played it on the pc and ps3. I cant really play it on the ps3 because of the low fps. But on the pc its awesome, and with a few mods even awesome-er.

each time i play that game i discover new things . i added a vehicle in a place normally there's no cat around . the game automatically added peds around to increase realism image

OT: I LOVE GTAIV! And no, not because of the graphics, because of the vibe it gives off when you play it. The story is AMAZING, the best R* ever made. There was some flaws, to be honest. One of them was that the missions were too easy, while VC's were difficult but still fun.

Nope, I hate GTA4 for not having parachutes. And I hate Luis Lopez, so, worst of both worlds.

That's a pretty poor reason. Why do you love VC? It doesn't have parachutes either.

I jumped off a huge ass sh*t tall building and I lost like 5 HP…

Anyway, I love GTA IV because it has that thing, that magic…
Kind of has a different feel than GTA III Era, it has good storyline, as well as TLAD,
Luis Lopez sucked, Ok story, good gameplay… But it kind of sucked. IMO…

I don't know. Maybe I've developed a deep seeded hate for GTA IV whiners considering I watched the whole epidemic unfold when the game was new.

For me the DLCs saved GTA IV from falling down(specially TBoGT) and speeking of the storyline,I don't think that SA had that magic,I loved how the three storylines crossed together to make a fourth one

Realism Vehicles handling, physics, details (include car damage system).

Good Wanted system
GPS/GPRS Technology introduced in game.

IF R* removed TAxi mission , then don't forget R* introduced new feature about Taxi Ride as passenger.



Feel hungry and most have to eat( from GTA SA). ok IF gta iv does not have feeling hungry system then make its its from GTA Vice City feature. yeah in VC; when Tommy have less then 100% health he can eat pizza for restore his health. so GTA IV feature not far from VC.




Feel lonely after finish story?? yeah i had also felt the same but not now. After finishing basic Story, you can join and participate Events in GTA IV Multiplayer.
Yeah Multyplayer also have awesome features,
in MP you won't be with your friends, you can see random peds and friends can fight against Polices.

Police Mission: due to GPS Tech; R* introduce amazing style as you know.

Although it has its flaws I still think it's the best game in the series. Deep down I'm still a huge VC fan, but I'm not going to let nostalgia get in the way.

Really I've always found it hard to split VC and GTA IV. VC has that awesome 80s vibe yet GTA IV has that more down to vibe I've grown fond of over the years. Not to mention Niko is just awesome all over.

It's the only game in the series where I actually enjoy walking around and just soaking everything up. I have more fun doing that than flying a plane or a jetpack actually.

Vice city is definitly in the rearview for me . a nice game but 10 years , i just couldn't play it now . you want the VC vibe , it's very simple with all the awesome tools around

I'm not going to waste my time trying to convince you. Obviously you have some sort of deep-seated need to rabidly defend Gta4, and any logical conclusion I come to you'll just rationalize away. The people who enjoy doing criminal activities can play all the other GTAs, and the people who like bowling, watching tv and walking around a city doing nothing can play GTA4 and be happy forever.
