My OCD is kicking in !!!

I'm currently at 97.83% My Random encounters says 12

The achievement "No more strangers" has not yet popped.

So my question is the tally of 12 is that random encounter missions or people?

I'm worried my game may be bugged.... suicidal.gif

I've used a map and went to each location and couldn't find anyone....

Don't worry about it. biggrin.gif I don't think there is anything wrong. It's probably because you killed some of the random characters. I'll explain, you were playing the story mode and killed the character who you would've met in the future. Click this:Random Character Encounters List. Then see which characters you've killed while playing the story mode. Most likely you killed Clarence during Holland Nights, and Ivan during Ivan The Not So Terrible, one of the missions for Vlad.

I'm not too sure to be honest. I don't really focus on getting 100% I just enjoy playing the game. That's besides the point though, you might be missing something else. I think the percent needed for those two in specific would be either already added on to the percentage in total, or deducted making it not necessary, so you can still acquire 100 percent. I don't think R* would do something like that... Would they?

No matter what you do nothing will stop you from 100%. Try using a checklist to see which things you've done.

P.S Don't worry I 100 percented too, just use a checklist. biggrin.gif

Also, a common mistake (especially for me) is a certain random encounter (Eddie Low in the northern end of Alderney) is often missed, because he can only be met between the times of 22:00 - 4:00 at night, so check that location again at that time to make sure. And yes, a checklist is a good idea. You can check your stats or achievement list to see what you've done from the list in case you forgot. Here's a link to a checklist.
