Hello ladies and gentlemen!

I am here to announce to you, that I am going to begin work on a modification by myself, called IV Overhaul for Grand Theft Auto IV. It aims to turn the stock vanilla game experience into a full, high-quality and enriching environment. Development will be commenced by me, AussieProGamer, in a few days and will remain developed by me only. It'll be the most completed modpack out, with .pdf readme's, detailed instructions, multiple ways to install and multiple ways to download it. (Considering top, free hosters + a torrent)

Why? The bigger the better... AFAIK most of the world has moved on from bandwidth limited internet.
