Yeah. This artwork was probably made ages before the game was released and since then OG Loc was changed through stages, he used to be called MC Strap in beta.

Funny you should bring this up actually. Yesterday this image was moved to the page for Carl over at GTAWiki.

You also have to remember that some of the artworks, Especially in San An, are generic people.

It may not be OG Loc. They may have just used it due to them not ever designing an in-game artwork for him.

Would it make a difference? The scene from the game and the other depiction aren't close enough?
If you should play the game you may note the depictions of OG are Bare Chested with the 'wool skully cap'. (Except when 'working')
Ryder always wears upper body covered, and the baseball cap (correctly, bill forward).

I'm only bringing it up because if the artwork you posted is made by Rockstar it supports the fact that the one in the OP ISN'T OG Loc as most of the characters only have one artwork.

I agree with Zoom. Besides, there is already two T-Bone artworks, the one with him leaning against the wall and the one with him threatening the guy. The guy in the OP post has much too dark skin to be T-Bone anyway...

Must also remember that some works of art, especially in the new, the common people.

If you want to play games, you may notice a startling description of a bare upper body, with the wool skully cap.
