Hi guys, Last night I experienced SP for the first time and it was the scariest $hit ever! I'd been trying to induce SP for a long time after watching a documentary on youtube about it. I remember it must have been around 3am, and I was lying on my back slowly drifting away and then i just remember opening my eyes, and trying to get up but i could move anything except my eyes... Everthing in my room was where it should be, my window was open like it should have been. Then i realised what was happening. After 6 months of trying, i was finally experiencing SP. This realisation didnt stop me from $hitting myself when from the corner of the room I see a very old chinese woman dressed in black walk towards me whilst mumbling to her self. She keeps walking, and then stops right next to me. She then climbs on my bed and put her foot on my neck with full weight. I literally was choking, i couldnt breathe. Before i knew it,i blacked out and woke up. Scary experience! Im not interested in SP anymore lol

Sleep paralysis happened to me a lot of time. It was like 5 times a week. Mostly because i'm exhausted. It was scary indeed. Everytime it happened, just like what you've described, can't move everything except eyes and mouth, can't speak anything, seeing some weird stuff, and so on. But i always force myself to wake up when it happen. Can't just continue to sleep, because when i tried to close my eyes, i heard something buzzed around my head, and head felt like it was squeezed. No kidding, it was f*cking hurt my brain. But now, i'm pretty glad i didn't experienced any sleep paralysis for past 4 months. Anyway, found a lot of article on the net, that with sleep paralysis, we could experience OBE too (Out of Body Experience). Never experienced an OBE before, but they said it was pretty cool.

| QUOTE (WF the Hobgoblin @ Saturday, Jul 28 2012, 13:17) | | I've never experienced it but it doesn't sound very pleasant. Why on earth would you want to induce it? | It's actually great. Although I never had allucinations like this guy seems to have had. I don't remember being able to open my eyes though. Maybe I did once. It happened alot to me.
I might get it tonight, since last night I didn't sleep."Official" Topic

@goin god: Feels great because you unable to move your body? And by the way, sleep paralysis is often comes with hallucinations like i said earlier. | QUOTE | | Sleep paralysis is often accompanied by vivid hallucinations. There may be a sense someone is in the room, or even hovering over you. At other times, there seems to be pressure on the chest, as though someone or something perched there. There may even be sexual attacks associated with the hallucinations. The sound of footsteps, doors opening and closing, voices, all can be a very frightening part of sleep paralysis. These are known as Hypnagogic and Hypnopompic Experiences and they are what make people dread an episode of sleep paralysis." |

I like to experience things that are out of the ordinary.
