Hi there everyone, I made an account here just so I could post this and hopefully get some help off of some of you people

I am running GTA through steam, also episodes from liberty city does the exact same thing.

When I try to play the game I will sign into social club as normal, however after this my screen shows the first wall of text about rockstar, At this point my game will shut down with no warning or error message. After this happens my computer acts as if the game was never run.

(I have already played TLAD for around 100 minutes with no problems, so my system has no trouble with running the game)

Also, I don't have any mods.

updates GC drivers and Dirext X . check your firewall isn't blocking

Done, done and I've even disabled my firewall and anti virus software in attemps to get the game to work.

Try to delete the game settings.

Thanks for everyones replies but I found a fix, by going into the properties of LaunchGTAIV.exe and checking the box that says Disable desktop composition.

it's some graphic issue then .??
