Uh, i'm pretty sure a magazine that has had like 3-4 GTA world exclusives knows sh*t, buddy.
Plus this is just speculation from what has been happening, don't get all worked up about it.

Everyday I am starting to doubt more that it will come this year, and every day I say "They better have something literally amazing and groundbreaking if it took 4 years to announce and still be able to starve us from info for another 3rd of a year.

I completely agree with you; Rockstar needs to sell GTAV to a huge range of demographics, including millions of new people who have never played past GTAs. And I think they potentially can do it, if they don't screw up.

But I just had to say something cynical, in reading this thread and lamenting the miserable lack of marketing so far;your quote made me think of it:

There is something that I want everyone to realize about "Speculation" regarding V.

We, as in the members of this forum, are the experts, not IGN, not Gametrailers, not Kotaku. We know more about GTA V than anyone but Rockstar, so much that magazines are stealing our ideas and finds.

I seriously don't give a f*ck about G4TV... Who knows more about GTA V is Rockstar Games, Nobody else. They don't need to talk sh*t like that, like they know everything.
