Hi i just watched a tut on how to convert common ped to player ped now i have wdr and wtd file i need to replace the old player ped but when i do its all messed up and the models dont fit right with nikos body. and if it helps im trying to turn the noose swat officer to niko any help welcome!

niko ped is divided in parts(head, hands,bodies;all clothes,feet...)
and noose swat isnt divided, it is all in one model
you have to learn more the skel properties the ped models have to learn how it works.and after that, divide all the model in parts and make it match to the niko ped.

but there is some easier way to play as a swat ped, using native trainer with Model Spawning.
niko model replacing is a real serious issue cuz you will have a mess up in the cutscenes.

yes i have split up all the body parts for swat it just looks messed up in game is this apart of the skel properties you were talking about or is it something simpler?

yea see i have all the files from the swat ped but ingame it looks messed up.
