Sometimes when I go to desktop and then back In games the cars are darker can someone halp

Sounds strange. Do you have the original game? Any mods installed? Tried a fresh install? Tried removing the gta_sa.set file located in the San Andreas User Files folder?

I use srt 3 mipmap and lods project oblivion project reality 24 many car mods, but it used to happen before on gta with few mods

Uninstall every single mod you have and try to play the game then. You may never trust mods to work perfectly and not mess up the game, especially when you said you have so many mods.

I had this, I had no mods, I've never ever used mods for SA before, I know how, but I don't like them.
Anyway, yeah, it happened to me too, I don't know what causes it, but, for me, it went away after a few minutes of doing Alt+Tab.

The San Andreas Forum is for UN-modded games.
What we recommend is to get rid of all Mods.
Play the game with a CLEAN install from your DVD.
And, play with the DVD in the Drive.
If you don't have a problem with game play you don't have a problem.
You may then install your mods ONE at a time playing the game to be sure it still works.
Then, you may install the next mod. Repeat.
When you get to the mod that screws the game don't use it
OR go to the Modding Forums for help.

That Alt-Tabbing has nothing to with mods, this also happens to orignal game like mine.
This is normal, it's the specular highlight are upside down when alt-tabbing so the cars will look ugly and dark
but under the cars they look bright.
Easy solution, go to an interior and go outside again.

i have an answer. Get in a Police car after it gets dark and turn on the siren. It will work.
