To create your script, access the tool, fill the form and click in Generate Script!
After clicking in Generate script, it will appear COMPILED (in .cs (CLEO script)) as a download.

It works, though it's very simple to do.
You should reading of input compatible .cs file with parked generators and add ability by Javascript code to append more parked generators.

I guess your PHP script consists of ~150 lines.
