I guess this is a not subforum for making requests to create new websites (correct me if I'm wrong). People here can only provide help and tips to you for creating websites.

Yeah, we can only extend a certain amount of help in creating a website. But you have to start somewhere and should have a good grasp on programming. If you don't, then start by reading some tutorials online. There are also services out there that will make a website fir you for a certain cost but no one is going to make a website for you for free.
