Yes with that resolution you can get to medium settings. If you want to download ENB mods you wont have much luck. Why buy an alienware?

Well you should be able to play it, on high settings. Since my clevo HD 5870 i7 920xm 4 cores at 3.4 run it at 32-25fps on high settings 1920x1080

I live near alienware headquarters and wouldnt buy one, i can build twice the machine at almost 1/2 the cost...

And m14x in particular has many problemns regarding overheating. Many people i heard had problems with cpu overheating while playing and even cooling pads didint help. Maybe ones with newer parts might be better, but im doubtful about that.
