Hey guys, ManDog here. This - is my game. I have been working on it for 2 months, and everything you see below is made from scratch in 3DS Max, the game engine is Unity. The following Video shows my progress, for some weird reason some of the footage cut out as I went to the cave entrance, ah well.

It is very W.I.P as you can see - need to fix some models (*Seperate cave room walls intersecting with others, *UVW Mapping bugs), but yeah.
As you can tell from my profile; I am 11 years old, soon to be 12 in September (11), nevermind that anyway.. The game is very W.I.P, and the mystery of the game - The player, has no backstory, like- Why does he live in the middle of the desert? Where's his parents? - Those questions, will never be known.
So that's pretty much it, I will keep updating when I've made more progress, thanks, and peace out.

Knew it!, I didn't really make it, GunWrath made it - I forgot to add Credits, I only made the background transparent and made it into a Topic Logo, will try to fix now. Thanks for the support anyway.
sh*t, I'm 13 and I can't do anything like this. I need to learn to do something atleast remotely well. The only thing I'm 'good' at is creating sh*t in LittleBigPlanet, but that's not worth anything is it
I recommend you (OP) to send this to r*. Show them how a realistic sky and sun should look like WITHOUT mods. Respect for the work you put in, creating things like that is not done in five minutes.
What is the genre more in depth? What the gameplay will be like? Action&Adventure sounds like either GTA or Mario. It's a very broad genre(s). How long will the game's story be played?
What new things will it bring to us that we've never seen before? Or is it a copycat remake of a game you've played?
Do you really have to use that low polygon models? I'm pretty sure Unity can do much better quality graphics judging by many other projects. Do you have any time limit or end date you have set up for yourself? Do you want to stop at achieving some kind of 'base' end-result you have planned beforehand or you'll just continuously improve?
We need information. We can't judge by the screens only, this game easily could be a bad FPS COD remake or a survival like Resident Evil.

That's nice to see young people creating such things by their own. For the first, it's incredibly nice, and I'm hope that you can improve it even more and finally create a great home-made game.
If you need anything related to 3ds Max, just ask.
Number 1. "Action&Adventure sounds like either GTA or Mario."
It's more or less "Mystical", like there are wizards and stuff- It's basically based around Countryside and a big City, just one. It's also like a old days type timeline, no cars, no guns, just things like Crossbows, Swords, Axes, etcetera. It's just like any other game, I've played a couple (As it is - 2).
"How long will the game's story be played?"
Hmm, that is not planned how long as of now, as it is very early in progress. I haven't thought that far.
"What new things will it bring to us that we've never seen before?"
I don't know yet, as again - it is in very early progress, but instead of most games - It is more sad than happy in the story. That's how I hope it goes out anyway.
"Is it a copycat remake of a game you've played?"
No, I do not want to do anything like that. There is a couple of games (as explained before) what HAVE given me inspiration, but I don't see copying anything from them both in the future.
"Do you really have to use that low polygon models? I'm pretty sure Unity can do much better quality graphics judging by many other projects."
They are not that low on polygons, some inside things are - yes. But some things are pretty high in other cases. I will try and improve the models in the near-future.
"Do you have any time limit or end date you have set up for yourself?"
No, not exactly. But I would like to finish it in atleast the timeline of 3/4 years. Depending on the speed of my progress in the future, I might release a few 'BETAs' for fans.
"Do you want to stop at achieving some kind of 'base end-result you have planned beforehand or you'll just continuously improve?"
Continuously improve, hopefully.
"We need information. We can't judge by the screens only, this game easily could be a bad FPS COD remake or a survival like Resident Evil."
As I've answered all your questions, I hope those are enough for you, if you would like to ask anymore questions. Go ahead.

Damn, by reading your post I somehow forgot the other questions I wanted to ask you.
So is it like hack&slash games, where you do quests? What other features will be there? By that I mean safehouses, clothing/armour.
What things player will have to do apart from the aforementioned quests? That house has a garden, will we be able to dig it up? Fishing? Any other essential medieval things to do?
Will it be more like SA or IV in terms of character progression? For example - racking up stats or nothing at all respectively.
I'll come back with more, but please take a look at that terrain. It's terribly flat, I could break my legs just by jumping on it. Will it be changed?
Yeah, you will live somewhere eventually (and sleep too), You will also do quests yeah, and also armour. I don't know whether or not you will be able to change your clothing - I will think about it.
"That house has a garden, will we be able to dig it up? Fishing? Any other essential medieval things to do?"
Both those things you said will be in the game, and the other things, possibly stuff like Training with Dummies and Targets.
Yes, the player will rank up with stats.
I will change the terrain also, I agree it's flat. I will change/improve that.
That is cool. Will we have dialogues with NPCs or will they be just simply cutscenes like those from GTA (Okay, I might have gone overboard with this one, but you may already know judging by other Unity games you have seen)?
My opinion on the game - I don't like any ancient/medieval stuff in games (unless it's at least 80% accurate to original events), but this looks promising.
One more suggestion - you need to work on the stalactites in the cave - they are simply stones. I haven't seen a rock that would be in such a shape and wouldn't have any inconsistencies on it's surface.
