Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 24, 2012	My gta folder only has user music in it. Im using windows vista and am trying to mod but can't because of this problem.

Vice city citizen Group: Members Joined: Sep 26, 2005	if you want to mod then search in program files , user music folder is savegames folder , nothing to do with modding

Map Modder Group: Members Joined: Jan 6, 2012	you can right click in the Grand Theft Auto IV icon in desktop and click on "open destination folder" (i'm not sure it is like that, it might be something different, i dont have english language in windows).
