When i walk inside a house everything works fine but when i got outside the game lags. it's kinda fine when there is no car outside but when i see cars, the came lags. plzz help. i have put quality to low but still it lags. plzz help urgent. i'm really mad now

This have happened to me too. Try deleting the gta_sa.set file located in your User Files Directory.

you mean the gta_sa.set on my documents. i deleted it but it is still the same. instead i lost all my preference like the invert y axis was off now it's on. do you have any more solutions

These "real cars" sounds like a mod to me. Try uninstalling all mods and see if the game still lags after that.
