Make Rhinos Shoot At You At 6 Stars?

Rookie GTA SA Modder Group: Members Joined: May 18, 2010	Good afternoon to all on gtaforums.com. It's been awhile since I last logged into this site, so if this has already been asked, I do apologise. But anyway, I was wondering if there exists a CLEO mod that makes the enemy Rhino tanks shoot at you at 6 stars? And if so, could you direct me to where I can download it? I just think it's a bit unfair to the A.I. that they are unable to shoot at me with a Rhino but I can shoot at them, so I'm trying to even out the playing field with a mod like this. I would greatly appreciate it if someone here could help me out. Thanks in advance!
