You'll save alot of money custom building it yourself. You can take it to a shop and they can build it for $80-$100.

I'm living in Israel..
Everyone will take more money so idk what to do
Can someone tell me what parts should I install on my PC so it will run IV on max graphics?

I want this PC, That's the money I can spend (4000 ILS ~ 1000 USD)

But I also know that there is a better PC on eBay with lower cost...

I also prefer Intel but AMD is more budget and a 6core AMD+ is maxed in games.

Well its eighter being lazy and stuck with overpriced/underpreforming pc's or lookup some guides on how to build one for youself. You dont need much knowledge belive me.

buy a pc with:
three or four CPU cores running at 3 Ghz or greater
a GTX 560 or greater. i am assuming whoever you buy the pc from will know to include an adequate power supply. if you want to run GTA IV/EFLC WELL, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY SOME MONEY FOR A PRE-BUILT MACHINE.
