Video for example

So one day, I turned my gta4 on, but then this started to happen. Any idea? So for example, when I crash the car, the car itself takes damages (including smokes, pushed wheels, etc.), but it wouldn't show the crashed parts. So...urgent help please.

In the description is says clearly that this happened after he installed a mod. Have you done that too? Did you have any mods install or you still do? Where have you got the game from? Try also deleting your game settings or do a re-install of the game.

I've tried to reinstall the whole game (complete uninstall and then fresh reinstall), but it still happens.

Got it from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Pc/dp/B001BNFQKO

I had mods like trainer, but I forget which mod it was. Now I have a clean folder of GTA4, but still no chance for me.

I don't know how mods work, but as long as you didn't uninstall the mod, you can't expect it to go away only if you re-install the game. I'm not sure about this, but that's how I believe things work. Anyway, are you sure you've uninstalled those mods before re-installing the game? If yes, make sure that if the mod is installed through a setup, it has to be uninstalled using the Add or Remove panel. Can you also tell me if you tried deleting your game settings and if it worked or not?

Oh sorry, I think you're kind of confused, but for me, mods=scripthook and alice. And I've tried the setting stuff, but still no chance.

Mods replace game files, they aren't "uninstalled", reinstalling the game usually solves the problem. But try uninstalling the game again, then navigating to your GTA IV root folder and deleting all its contents, then reinstall.
