My specs are:

Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Pentium CPU B960 @ 2.20 GHz
4.00 GB of RAM

I've seen videos on running GTA IV on Pemtium's, but I wanted to double check. If not, what other games can I run on it? I know that last part is a little Off Topic, but I'm trying to get back into PC gaming.

Do you have any dedicated graphics card? If not, then forget about GTA4.

Especially ones with integrated graphics, so no.
