help, i have the script mods first person mod, simple native trainer, lcpdfr 0.95 rc2, and els version 6. i have tried to play gta 4 version 1.0.7.0 and the game starts as normal. it only shows two loading screens then goes to a black screen and starts loading my savegame, then it says gta 4 has stopped working. this is not normal because it usualy stays on the loading screens for about 30 seconds for me. i have never had this error while loading the game before. every time i try to fix it nothing works. what can i do to resolve this problem, it is starting to get really annoing.

don't know what your problem is . but there's something i know , it's that on my game when i install too much scripts it immediatly results in a fps drop . i suggest that you install your scripts one by one , beginning with the ones you like the most , and perform some tests each time

I agree with jpm. It's probably one of the script mods that causing your problem. Try putting them in one by one and find out which one is crashing your game.
Do you have any other mods in the game?

well i fixed my problem by removing xlive.dll but now the els lights wont turn on when i use els.

Make sure that you're using the right xlive.dll version for patch 1.0.7.0.

you can also use dsound.dll asi loader.

i added the xlive.dll file to my gta 4 directory but when the game starts loading my savegame it says gta 4 has stopped working. what am i doing wrong and how can i fix this?

Try taking out all of the script mods and putting them in one by one and see if that helps. At least then you'll be able to tell which mod is the problem.

all of my other script mods work fine without xlive.dll it just els that wont work without it.
