[HELP] Stuck at Loading Screen

After Installing ENB Series!

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Jul 21, 2012	i've been looking all over the internet, i've tried so many different things but i can't seem to get either icenhancer or the enb series to work... i load up the game and it shows enb series and then i push enter to load game and it just keeps on loading... here are my comp specs: http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/control...84F5F5622D1AC7A help would be greatly appreciated

Vice city citizen Group: Members Joined: Sep 26, 2005	i tried to install these mods too once by curiosity , and there were lot of steps during install . if you followed all the steps carefully and it didn't work then i believe your specs aren't able to manage all this stuff ..?
