Well R* do have a history of this, in particular something very very similar in VC. On the news chopper's tail it had the letters SA pointing to the new location being San Andreas. I'd say this is pretty credible and plausible at the very least, good find man very good find. I haven't heard this before anyways.

And true it is quite a small house and in the trailer he talks of buying a big house, but that doesn't mean much. For all we know in trailer 2 it will be the same person then saying how his life got f*cked up and he ended up at 2405 Los Santos Lane or whatever that street is called. I like the theory anyways.

It seems more likely that in the case of a forclosure, the former owner is long gone and the guy pounding in the sign is the realtor or a bank agent.

Nice creative theory, though, it is interesting to speculate on what role that house and that scene will play in the game.

My theory: I think the GTAV story begins with the guy in the black T-shirt sitting on the dock in the new lake-park screenshot. He is just bored, wasting time, kicking ripples in the water and watching the fish swim in the sunlight, and then suddenly he decides, "I'm wasting my time. I'm wasting my life. I want to do something big. I want to BE somebody!! I'm gonna take over this whole damn city!! I won't stop, till I reach the top!!!"
